- shots of white cachaça2 to taste
- Ice to taste to taste
- Remove the pineapple crown and cut it in half lengthwise. Place the rosemary twigs in the middle and close by passing through aluminum foil. Bring to a boil for cooking.
- Once soft, carefully open the foil and discard the rosemary. With the help of a spoon, remove the pineapple pulp. Transfer to a cocktail shaker. Knead, if necessary.
- Add the shots of cachaça and ice. Shake until the cocktail shaker is chilled. Transfer to tall glass.
- To finish the drink, put a little rosemary in each glass. Mix and health!
