- Lemon juice45 ml
- Honey50 g
- Add the milk, coconut, ricotta, sugar, eggs, butter, cornmeal and wheat flour to the blender. Beat on medium-high speed for 2 minutes. Add the yeast and beat for another 1 minute. Pour the preparation (the dough has a liquid consistency, I don't advise using a removable bottom pan) in a greased shape with butter and cornmeal and put it to bake in a preheated oven at 180°C for an hour. ATTENTION: Once ready, remove from the oven and only unmold when the cake cools completely.
- Add all the ingredients in a pan. Over medium-high heat, stir the preparation until the guava is completely melted.
