- Cornmeal1 cup
- Wheat flour3/4 cup
- Chemical Yeast2 teaspoon
- Condensed milk1 can(s)
- Cream cheese1 unit(s)
- Chopped Guava200 g
- Water1/2 cup
- Pasta: In a bowl, add the eggs, sugar, oil and milk. Mix very well.
- Gradually add the cornmeal until everything is well homogeneous.
- Gradually add the flour until smooth.
- Add the yeast.
- And transfer to a greased and floured shape. Note: I used the pool shape.
- Place the dough in a preheated oven at 180°C for approximately 30 minutes.
- Coverage 1: Add the cream cheese and condensed milk to a pan over low heat and stir well.
- After it boils, count for 2 to 3 minutes and turn off the heat and set aside.
- Coverage 2: Add the chopped guava in a pan and start dripping a little water.
- Always on low heat, stirring until the guava is well dissolved.
- Unmold the cake, add the cold condensed milk and cream cheese filling, and the guava filling.
- After serving.
