- Margarine100 g
- Ricotta400 g
- Sour cream1 unit(s)
- Condensed milk1 unit(s)
- Unflavored gelatin1 unit(s)
- Lemon1 unit(s)
- Guava400 g
- For the base, crush the biscuit and mix in the melted butter.
- In a false bottom shape, make the base with the mixture and take it to the oven for 10 minutes at 180°c
- In a blender, beat the ricotta, cream, condensed milk, dissolved gelatin and lemon juice.
- Put the cream in the form with the base already made and take it to the fridge for 1 hour.
- Dissolve the guava with 4 tablespoons of water over low heat. When the guava is fully dissolved, pour it into the mold and take the pie for another 2 hours in the fridge.
- And it's ready :)
