- Place all the ingredients on a tray and place in the oven at 180 g for 15 minutes.
- Remove the figs and reduce the liquid left on the tray until it forms a glossy and thick syrup.
- Pass the unsalted and shelled pistachios quickly in a hot skillet, chop coarsely.
- Serve with vanilla ice cream and finish with pistachios.
