  • Refined sugar100 g
  • Butter100 g
  • Pistachio100 g
  • Vanilla ice cream400 g
  1. Place all the ingredients on a tray and place in the oven at 180 g for 15 minutes.
  2. Remove the figs and reduce the liquid left on the tray until it forms a glossy and thick syrup.
  3. Pass the unsalted and shelled pistachios quickly in a hot skillet, chop coarsely.
  4. Serve with vanilla ice cream and finish with pistachios.
