- powdered milk1.1/2 cup
- 50% cocoa powder chocolate4 tablespoon
- pinch of salt1 unit(s)
- condensed milk1 can(s)
- Filling: condensed milk1 can(s)
- Filling: grated coconut50 g
- Filling: butter1/2 tablespoon
- Filling: In a pan, mix all the ingredients and take it to the fire until it starts to unglue from the bottom of the pan (like brigadeiro)
- Then turn onto a greased plate and let cool.
- Pasta: In a bowl, mix the powdered milk, chocolate and a pinch of salt.
- Then add the condensed milk and mix (at this point you see if it's too dry), if it's dry add more condensed milk.
- After you form a uniform dough and knead until the dough is soft (sprinkle powdered milk so it doesn't stick).
- Roll out the dough in a rectangular shape inside a plastic, so it doesn't stick to the roll
- Spread the stuffing over the dough, make a roll (with the help of plastic) and take it to the fridge for at least 1 hour until firm.
- Now just cut and enjoy!!
