- 1. Mix the powdered chocolate with the powdered milk and a can of condensed milk until a firm, uniform mass is formed. 2. Roll out the dough with aluminum foil or greased parchment paper until you get a very thin thickness, but without breaking. 3. Mix the second can of condensed milk with the grated coconut and spread over the open dough. 4. Gradually release the dough from the aluminum foil and roll. 5. Re-wrap in the same aluminum foil and refrigerate for two hours. 6. Then remove the paper and cut into 1 cm slices. 7. Always serve chilled. 8. NOTES: 9. Usually a recipe gives three rolls of 4 cm in diameter by 25 cm in length. 10. On hot days, keep it in the fridge, as the condensed milk in the filling softens and runs off.
