- In a bowl, place the eggs together with 2 tablespoons of margarine and 2 cups of sugar. Shake well. Add the milk, a pinch of salt and 3 cups of flour. Beat well.
- Make the farofa to put on top of the dough, 2 tablespoons of margarine, 1 cup of sugar and 1 cup of flour, stir everything very well until you make a farofinha.
- Grease the mold with margarine and flour.
- Add the baking powder to the dough, mix well and bake for 45 minutes at 180°.
