  • Unflavored Sago2 cup
  • Red wine3 cup
  • Sugar2 cup
  • Water1 cup
  • Water for cooking sago1.5 l
  • condensed milk1 to taste
  1. Boil the sago in the water until it becomes transparent, always stirring until it doesn't stick or clump.
  2. As soon as it cooks, throw some of the slime away and add more water.
  3. Add in the pan on the fire and put the sugar, wine and leave for 10 minutes on the fire.
  4. Remove from heat and place in the fridge to cool and thicken.
  5. Garnish with condensed milk to taste and serve.
