- Sago1/2 cup
- Red wine300 ml
- Cinnamon stick1 unit(s)
- Cloves2 unit(s)
- Sugar1/2 cup
- Milk2 cup
- Condensed milk1/2 can(s)
- Sour cream1 can(s)
- Corn starch1 tablespoon
- Water2 cup
- Soak the sago in 1 cup of water and wait 1 hour.
- In a pan add the wine, sugar, cinnamon, cloves and the rest of the water and wait for it to boil.
- Add the sago and cook until the balls are translucent, about 20 minutes.
- Place in the fridge to cool
- For the cream, add the milk, condensed milk, starch and cream and bring to a boil.
- Allow to cool and serve with the sago.
