  • Sago1/2 cup
  • Red wine300 ml
  • Cinnamon stick1 unit(s)
  • Cloves2 unit(s)
  • Sugar1/2 cup
  • Milk2 cup
  • Condensed milk1/2 can(s)
  • Sour cream1 can(s)
  • Corn starch1 tablespoon
  • Water2 cup
  1. Soak the sago in 1 cup of water and wait 1 hour.
  2. In a pan add the wine, sugar, cinnamon, cloves and the rest of the water and wait for it to boil.
  3. Add the sago and cook until the balls are translucent, about 20 minutes.
  4. Place in the fridge to cool
  5. For the cream, add the milk, condensed milk, starch and cream and bring to a boil.
  6. Allow to cool and serve with the sago.
