- Sugar50 g
- Wheat flour150 g
- Vanilla Extract1/2 teaspoon
- Lemon zest1 unit(s)
- In a bowl, add the butter, sugar, vanilla and lemon zest, mix well until the dough is homogeneous.
- Add the wheat flour little by little, until you give the dough point. Make balls and take it to the oven (preheated 180°) in a shape with parchment paper, about 10 to 15 minutes until golden underneath.
- Sprinkle with plenty of sugar and cinnamon.
