- Stale French Bread5 unit(s)
- Powdered milk4 tablespoon
- Condensed milk2 unit(s)
- Eggs1 unit(s)
- Long life milk2 cup
- Butter/Margarine2 tablespoon
- Refined sugar3 tablespoon
- Cinnamon to taste
- Cut the bread into 2 cm slices (about the thickness of your index finger)
- Make a paste with the condensed milk and powdered milk and spread it on the bread slices.
- Join two slices so that they form just one, with the fillings together. Reserve
- Beat the egg, milk and condensed milk in a blender
- Heat a non-stick frying pan with the butter, dip the stuffed bread slices in the liquid quickly, until you notice that they are wet.
- With the skillet heated, put a maximum of three french toast at a time in the skillet, sear on one side, turn and sear on the other.
- Roll in cinnamon sugar and enjoy
