- Chocolate GOLD200 g
- Cinnamon Powder to taste
- Before starting: Leave the extra creamy milk cream in the fridge for 2 hours!
- Beat the extra creamy milk cream in a mixer (on high speed) for approximately 15 minutes until it reaches a whipped cream point (hard peaks).
- Melt the gold chocolate in the microwave every 30 seconds, stirring after each break until the chocolate is completely melted.
- Add to this chocolate the milk cream and stir until all the ingredients mix very well.
- Gradually add the whipped cream to the chocolate mixture, stirring gently from bottom to top, until all ingredients are incorporated.
- Put the mousse in bowls and take the fridge for at least 6 hours. If desired, top with ground cinnamon. Then just taste ;)
