- Italac condensed milk395 g
- Piracanjuba Heavy cream200 g
- Juice powder18 g
- Chocolate bar300 g
- Heavy cream200 g
- Strawberry to taste
- Granules to taste
- Beat 1 box of condensed milk and 1 box of Heavy cream with the powdered juice, in a mixer or blender for about 10 minutes until it gains volume
- Pour into glasses or cups of your choice
- For the chocolate ganache:
- Melt chocolate in double boiler
- After it is very smooth and melted, add the Heavy cream and cover your mousses in the cup
- Decorate with sprinkles, strawberries, grapes and whatever you like best
- I put it in the fridge for 30 minutes and it's ready to serve.
