- Strawberry Juice Powder25 g
- Pieces of milk chocolate to taste
- In a blender, beat the condensed milk, cream and juice powder for approximately 10 minutes.
- While the mousse gains consistency, leave the chocolates in small pieces and set aside.
- When the mousse is already at a harder consistency, transfer all this mixture to a refractory and add the chocolate pieces and mix.
- Place this covered refractory in the fridge for approximately 1 hour.
