- ▪️Mass: Beat the cookies in a crusher / processor, until they become a fine crumb. Add 100g of the melted butter, and beat some more.
- ✔️ Strawberry Mousse: Dissolve the gelatin in 250ml of hot water and let it cool. Place the condensed milk, 1 cx of cream and the gelatin (already cold) in the blender. Whisk well until a homogeneous mixture is obtained.
- ▪️Chocolate ganache: In a small pot, place the chocolate and half a box of cream, put it in the microwave for 1 min. Stir every 30 seconds so the chocolate doesn't burn. Add a tablespoon of unsalted butter and mix well.
- ✔️Assembly: Place the cookie dough in a detachable shape approximately 24 cm in diameter, line the bottom and sides with the help of your hands or the “back” of a tablespoon. Pour the filling and leave it in the fridge for approximately 4 hours. Then place the ganache on top of the mousse and leave it in the fridge for another 30 minutes.
- To decorate, use chocolate and strawberry shavings.
