- Strawberries800 g

- Place the cookies in a food processor or blender and grind until it becomes a flour. Add the melted butter and beat some more.
- Line a removable bottom shape with the cookies, make small holes with the fork and take it to the preheated oven, at 180 degrees until lightly golden.
- Melt the chocolate with the cream and set aside in the refrigerator.
- For the strawberry jam, in a pan add the strawberries, sugar, and lemon juice. Mix well until it reaches the consistency of jelly.
- With the cold pasta, add half of the chocolate ganache. Place in the freezer to firm up. Once firm, add the strawberry jam.
- Take it to the freezer to firm up and then put the other half of the chocolate ganache. Take to the fridge for approximately 6 hours and decorate with fresh strawberries.
