- Champagne cracker1 unit(s)
- Peach1 can(s)
- apricot1 can(s)
- Powdered milk1 to taste
- In the mixer at high speed beat the cream 1 pot) very cold, the condensed milk very cold as well and cream (I used it from a can to give the recipe a differentiator, but if you don't have it, make it with the box) I also put it on ice so it doesn't go away the cream.
- Note that the cream will be very firm and velvety. Reserve.
- Drain the peach and apricot and cut into small cubes (reserve a little to decorate).
- On a platter add a layer of cream then a layer of champagne biscuit, I didn't wet it !!! I used a box but if you want you can add more to the recipe.
- After the biscuit, add a layer of apricots and peaches, so until it ends in cream.
- I sprinkled powdered milk on top and decorated with peaches and reserved apricots.
- Refrigerate for 4 hours. Enjoy your food!
