- Cassava Starch1 cup
- Sugar1/4 cup
- Butter or margarine1/2 cup
- Chemical Yeast1 coffee spoon
- Melt the margarine and mix with the sugar, beat well until the sugar is incorporated.
- Add the cassava starch and mix until a homogeneous mass is formed. If needed, add a little more butter. If desired, add vanilla essence to taste.
- Separate the dough into 3 and make rolls, with the knife cut the cookies to the size you want.
- Unite a pan with margarine and wheat flour and place the cookies on top, finish with a fork kneading on top to be decorated.
- Bake at 180° degrees for 25 min, or until golden. If stored in airtight containers, they last a long time.
