- Can of condensed milk1/2 unit(s)
- Butter4 tablespoon
- Preheat the oven to medium temperature.
- Grease a low rectangular baking dish with a little butter and cover with parchment paper.
- In a deep bowl, use your hands to mix the Maizena (cornstarch) with the butter, forming a homogeneous "farofa".
- Now, with a fork or crusty bread, gradually mix in the condensed milk, stirring constantly until well blended.
- Make balls of the desired size and place them on the baking sheet, with space between them so the cookies do not stick together when growing in the oven. Use a fork to slightly "knead" each ball.
- Bake in the oven for about 15 minutes, or until lightly browned.
- These sequilhos are a delight and can be served with a coffee or tea that match perfectly.
