- Unflavored gelatin1/2 unit(s)

- Beat the condensed milk with the cream and lemon juice in the blender. Dissolve half a packet of gelatin in 4 tablespoons of water for 15 seconds in the microwave. Add the gelatin and lemon zest and mix. Whip the egg whites together with the sugar. Place the mixture in a bowl and add the egg whites, incorporating little by little. Let it freeze for 4 hours. Looks wonderful and super airy
