Bata os ingredientes usando uma batedeira em velocidade máxima. 

Beat the ingredients using an electric mixer on maximum speed.

Unte uma forma e com saco de confeitar e bico de sua preferência (pitanga ou 3M) e faça pitangas no fundo da assadeira. Leve ao forno quente por 15 minutos e depois asse na temperatura mínima até que o suspiro seque por dentro e por fora. 

Grease a mold with a pastry bag and nozzle of your choice (pitanga or 3M) and make pitangas at the bottom of the roasting pan. Take it to the hot oven for 15 minutes and then bake at the minimum temperature until the meringue dries inside and out.
