Bata todos os ingredientes na batedeira até formar uma massa homogênea.

Beat all the ingredients in the mixer until you form a homogeneous mass.

Coloque todo o conteúdo em um saco de confeiteiro, para dar forma aos suspiros.

Place the entire contents in a piping bag to shape the meringue.

Unte uma forma, ou envolve-a com papel manteiga, para depositar os suspiros.

Grease a shape, or wrap it with parchment paper, to deposit the sighs.

Coloque para assar em seu forno durante 20 minutos.

Place in your oven to bake for 20 minutes.

Retire os suspiros da forma, reserve e deixe-os esfriar. E sirva-se! 

Remove the sighs from the form, set aside and let them cool. And help yourself!
