- Vanilla essence1 tablespoon
- Beat all the ingredients in the mixer until you form a homogeneous mass.
- Place the entire contents in a piping bag to shape the meringue.
- Grease a shape, or wrap it with parchment paper, to deposit the sighs.
- Place in your oven to bake for 20 minutes.
- Remove the sighs from the form, set aside and let them cool. And help yourself!
