- White chocolate "fractionated"100 g
- Dulce de leche500 g
- Separate 3 maria biscuits and add the dulce de leche with a pastry nozzle, or use a bag with the pierced end, cover the wafer with dulce de leche, leaving the edges without filling, because after covering the dulce de leche with the other biscuit it will spread to the ends. Place the second cookie on top of the dulce de leche, add another layer of dulce de leche, and finish by placing the last cookie on top of the dulce de leche. Squeeze the 3 cookies lightly and run a knife along the edge of the cookies to remove excess dulce de leche.
- Melt the chocolate chosen by you, dip the cookies with dulce de leche in the melted chocolate, using a fork, wrap all the alfajor in the chocolate. Line the bench with parchment paper and place the alfajor on top to dry the melted chocolate a little, in a bag or pastry bag put white chocolate (already melted), cut the tip and decorate the alfajor as you prefer.
- Tip: Prefer to use fractionated or blended chocolate that, after melting, does not melt again as quickly. Tip: Prepare different alfajores with other fillings of your choice, ex: prestige, brigadeiro, nest brigadeiro
