- Oat flour1/2 cup
- Cocoa powder1/4 cup
- Cinnamon to taste
- Yeast1 tablespoon
- Yogurt5 tablespoon
- Honey to taste
- Egg1 unit(s)
- Milk1/4 cup
- Chocolate chips or chunks to taste
- Add the oat flour (if you have flakes or bran, just process until it's thin), cocoa, cinnamon and yeast. Shake well;
- Add the wet ingredients and mix as you add each one: the beaten egg, yogurt (I used a blueberry vegan), milk (I used oatmeal) and honey, which can also be exchanged for another sweetener of your choice;
- After everything is well incorporated, transfer the mixture to a tray that can go in the oven and sprinkle chocolate chips/pieces on top;
- Take it to the oven for 15 to 20 minutes and when it's ready, just delight yourself 😋
