- Mix the egg with the sugar, the butter and a pinch of salt as if it were a yolk;
- Then add the flour, the baking powder and the milk and mix well to avoid lumps; Grease the pan, place the dough and banana slices on top of the dough;
- For the farofa: Mix with your hands 5 tablespoons of wheat flour, 5 tablespoons of sugar, 3/4 tablespoons of butter and cinnamon powder to taste until crumbly;
- Spread the farofa over the cuca and let it rest for 15 min with a cloth on top. Then take it to the oven for 40 min at medium temperature or until the farofa is golden.
