Em uma batedira, coloque as gemas, o açúcar e a margarina , bata até ficar uma massa homogênea.
Adicione o leite e a farinha de trigo aos poucos, sem parar de bater.
Por último, adicione as claras em neve e o fermento. Bata por 1 minuto

Despeje a massa em uma forma grande com furo no meio untada Leve ao forno pré aquecido 180° por 40 minutos ou até que o garfo saia limpo
