- Milk1 cup
- Vanilla essence1 teaspoon
- Eggs3 unit(s)
- Wheat Flour (1 and 1/2 cups)1 cup
- Corn starch1/2 cup
- Sugar1 cup
- Chemical Yeast Powder1 tablespoon
- Preheat the oven to temperature (180°C)
- Grease and flour a medium central hole shape (20 cm in diameter).
- In a bowl, place the oil, milk, vanilla essence and eggs and mix.
- Sift the wheat flour, cornstarch and sugar, and add the dough. Add the yeast, mixing until smooth.
- Place the dough in the reserved tin and bake for 35 minutes, or until a toothpick comes out clean.
- Remove the cake from the oven, wait for it to cool and unmold.
