- Cornmeal mimoso2 cup
- Milk1 cup
- Baking powder1 tablespoon
- Open the can of corn and do not drain the water, and put everything in the blender to beat for about 1 minute.
- With the blender on, add the eggs, sugar, margarine and milk and mix for 2 minutes.
- Still with the mixture in the blender and beating, gradually add the cornmeal, always paying attention to the mixture being very homogeneous and without lumps. Finally, add the yeast and beat for a few seconds, just to mix.
- In a "pudding" form, greased and infarinhada, put this mixture of the blender.
- Your oven must be preheated for 10 minutes at 200°C. After placing the cake, keep the temperature and let it bake for about 45 minutes.
- After this time, with a toothpick or knife, skewer the cake and if the utensils come out without any dough sticking, your cake is baked. Allow to brown on top as desired.
