- sour cream2 can(s)
- vanilla essence1 teaspoon
- milk or semisweet chocolate200 g
- Maizena cracker packets2 unit(s)
- milk1 cup
- CREAM PREPARATION METHOD
- Gather all the ingredients;
- Add the milk, condensed milk, cornstarch, egg yolk, cream and vanilla essence to a pan, mix, place over medium heat and stir the cream until it thickens;
- After it thickens and starts to release from the bottom of the pan, turn off the heat and set aside;

- GANACHE PREPARATION METHOD
