- Finger Mocha Grapes and Ruby Grapes in Bunch2 to taste
- Colorless Gelatin12 g
- Tefinado sugar150 g
- Golden powder food coloring1 coffee spoon
- Cold water5 tablespoon
- Cold water150 ml
- Wash and sanitize the bunches of grapes. Let it dry.
- Prepare the gelatin by mixing it with 5 tablespoons of cold water. Shake well. Let it rest for about 3 minutes. Microwave for 15 seconds or until dissolved.
- Add the gelatin already dissolved in the 150 ml of cold water. Shake well.
- Add this liquid to a bowl and bathe the grape bunches. Let it drain a little and put it on a plate.
- Put the sugar in a sieve and spray it on the grapes. Take it to freeze until the sugar is firm and forms a crunchy shell.
- Take it out of the fridge and spray the golden dye with the aid of the sieve.,
