- Sparkling500 ml
- Unflavored Gelatin (3 packets)36 g
- Condensed milk (one can)395 g
- hot water600 ml
- Dissolve 1 packet of unflavored gelatin in 250ml of hot water. After the gelatin is fully dissolved, add 250 ml of chilled sparkling wine. Place the gelatin in the containers you intend to serve and refrigerate until firm.
- Once the first layer of gelatin is set, start preparing the second layer. Dissolve 1 packet of unflavored gelatin in 100ml of hot water. Add the condensed milk and hit the blender, until the mixture is homogeneous. Pour this second layer over the first layer of gelatin and again refrigerate until set.
- Finally, once the second layer is firm, repeat the same steps as the first layer (gelatin + sparkling wine) and pour over the second layer of your dessert. Once it's firm, you can serve - and enjoy!
