- Start by beating the sugar with the butter until creamy.
- In another bowl, beat the egg whites
- In the sugar-butter mixture, add the egg yolks, vanilla, salt and flour little by little, stir well and add the snow whites. Mix everything until the flour is completely dissolved.
- Take the dough to a greased shape in the oven preheated to 200°C for 40 minutes.
- In a microwave-safe bowl, place the chocolate topping and melt, stirring every 40 seconds until completely melted.
- After the dough is ready, pour the chocolate frosting on top and let it harden in the fridge, serve
