- In the mixer, add the eggs and sugar, beat for 10 minutes.
- Remove from mixer, add vanilla and mix by hand.
- In a bowl, sift the flour and yeast, mix
- Add the flour and milk in parts, alternating between the two. Starting with the flour and ending with the flour. Stir manually using a fouet
- Transfer to the greased molds and bake in a preheated oven at 160 degrees for 25 minutes or until the toothpick test comes out clean.
- Assemble the cakes to your liking.
