- Condensed Milk1 can(s)
- whipped cream500 ml
- Freeze the Chantilly and Condensed Milk for 6 hours;
- In the mixer put the frozen condensed milk and beat until it forms a whiter cream;
- Then add the Chantilly and beat until it forms a dense but soft cream;
- Add the Stikadinho chocolate in pieces and mix lightly by hand;
- If you want to melt the chocolate to add to the whipped cream, just remember to let it cool a little before adding. If you add too hot, your cream will melt;
- Put it in a pot and take it to the freezer for 8 / 12 hours;
- Yield: 3 liters of ice cream
