- Vanilla1 dessert spoon
- Orange blossom water1 tablespoon
- Champagne Cookies13 unit(s)
- Passion Fruit Juice200 ml
- Mascarpone200 g
- Basil leaves to taste
- Start by mixing the mascarpone with 50 grams of sugar and vanilla. Stir well and reserve. In another container, add the strawberries, the passion fruit pulp, 20g of sugar, the orange blossom water and the basil leaves. Leave to marinate for about 10 minutes in the fridge. Lightly dip the cookies in the passion fruit juice. Mounting: Place the cookies in the bottom of a glass or a glass of your choice, then the mascarpone and finish with the marinated strawberries. Make two layers. Garnish with basil leaves and refrigerate for 30 minutes before serving.
