- Butter paper to taste
- In a heavy-bottomed pan, add the condensed milk, cream and stir well over medium heat.
- After it starts to boil, lower the heat and stir for another 10 minutes, until the brigadeiro releases from the pan.
- Reserve the brigadeiro on a plate and wait to cool.
- After cooling, grease your hands with margarine, weigh 45g brigadeiro balls.
- After separating them all, open the brigadeiro dough in your hand and place the strawberry, close in the shape of a coxinha and repeat the process with everyone.
- In a glass, place the chocolate to melt in the microwave every 30 seconds until completely melted.
- After melting, dip your strawberry drumstick in the chocolate and remove it with the help of a fork, let the excess chocolate drip off, repeat the process with all of them.
- Place lara to cool on a sheet of parchment paper. Then just enjoy!
