- Condensed Milk800 g
- Sour Cream400 g
- Dark Chocolate400 g
- Sour Cream400 g
- Strawberries600 g
- White Brigadeiro Cream: Place all the ingredients in a pan.
- Bring to a boil over high heat and stir constantly until thickened.
- Place in a bowl and cover with plastic wrap.
- Let it cool.
- Chocolate Ganache: Melt the chocolate in the microwave (every 30 seconds, so it doesn't burn) or, if you prefer, in a bain-marie.
- Add the cream and mix very well.
- Cover with plastic wrap.
- Mounting: Make a good layer with the already chopped strawberries.
- On top of the strawberries, place the white brigadeiro cream.
- On top of the white cream, place the chocolate ganache.
- Use a strawberry to decorate. Then just serve!
