Condensed Milk800 g
Sour Cream400 g
Dark Chocolate400 g
Sour Cream400 g
Strawberries600 g

White Brigadeiro Cream: Place all the ingredients in a pan.
Bring to a boil over high heat and stir constantly until thickened.
Place in a bowl and cover with plastic wrap.
Let it cool.
Chocolate Ganache: Melt the chocolate in the microwave (every 30 seconds, so it doesn't burn) or, if you prefer, in a bain-marie.
Add the cream and mix very well.
Cover with plastic wrap.
Mounting: Make a good layer with the already chopped strawberries.
On top of the strawberries, place the white brigadeiro cream.
On top of the white cream, place the chocolate ganache.
Use a strawberry to decorate. Then just serve!
