- Flour3 tablespoon
- Brown or crystal sugar3 tablespoon
- Oat flour1 tablespoon
- Lemon zest1 teaspoon
- Butter2 tablespoon
- ice cream200 g
- At the bottom of the platter place the chopped strawberries. Squeeze the lemon and put 1 spoon of sugar
