- liquid milk150 ml

- Strawberries (2 boxes)500 g
- In a pan add the condensed milk and powdered milk and stir to incorporate.
- Add the cream and stir until incorporated.
- Add the liquid milk and stir until incorporated.
- Add the butter and place over medium heat and start to stir. You need to stir over medium heat until it thickens and comes to a boil. (For a more consistent filling, just stir for a longer time on the fire)
- Turn off the fire and stir for another minute with the fire off.
- Place the stuffing in a bowl and cover with plastic wrap and let it cool.
- While the filling cools, take the strawberries and chop them into pieces, put 1/2 cup of sugar inside the strawberries and stir with a spoon. Cover with plastic wrap and let rest for 15 minutes.
- When the stuffing is cool, you should stir it a little so it has a creamy texture.
- Take the strawberries to strain in a sieve and leave for another 15 minutes.
- After the minutes, place the strawberries in the nest milk filling and stir.
