- Squeezed lemon juice1/2 unit(s)
- Sugar of your choice2 tablespoon
- Combine all ingredients in a pan, heat always on medium to low temperature. Strawberry is slowly falling apart.
- If you want to speed up, just use a kneader or mixer.
- When it reduces and starts to thicken, turn off the heat.
- Store in a jar (preferably glass) and keep in the fridge.
