- Sliced clean strawberries500 g
- Sugar150 g
- Add the strawberry in a pan, put the sugar on top and turn on the medium heat. Leave for 1 to 2 minutes until the strawberry starts to release water.
- Stir everything and bring to a boil, stirring occasionally so it doesn't burn.
- Cook until the strawberry starts to break down and the volume of the pot is reduced by half.
- Let cool, then store in airtight containers and refrigerate.
