  • strawberries250 g
  • Refined sugar1/2 cup
  • squeezed lemon1 tablespoon
  1. Place the washed and chopped strawberries in a pan. Add the sugar and bring to a low heat, stirring constantly so it doesn't stick to the bottom. No water is needed as the strawberry releases and creates the texture along with the sugar
  2. Leave it on the fire and stir from time to time, until it thickens and gives the point of syrup. When it comes off the pan, add the lemon and stir. Turn off the heat and wait for it to cool, it's a very versatile and tasty jelly. Reminds me a lot of Mc's ice cream sauce.
