- Dissolve the gelatins in 250 ml of hot water, wait for it to cool down a little so as not to curdle the cream, while the gelatin cools, grease a mold (any shape) with a drizzle of olive oil. After the gelatin cools, add all the ingredients and hit the blender for 3 minutes, pour the mixture into the greased shape and take it to freeze for at least 2 hours. After 2 o'clock, unmold the pudding and decorate as you wish.
