- First heat the water until it boils and turn off. Add the gelatins and mix well to dilute.
- In a blender, place the cream, natural yogurt and warm gelatin. hit well. Then just put it in bowls or mini bowls and take it to the fridge for 3 and a half hours. Tip: You can serve with strawberry too.
