- Sour Cream1 can(s)
- Whole or skimmed milk (use the can of condensed milk as a measure)1 can(s)
- Strawberry juice50 ml
- Strawberry Jelly1 unit(s)
- Strawberries to decorate to taste
- Combine all ingredients in a blender and blend for 5 minutes.
- Chop the strawberries and mix gently into the cream.
- Reserve some halved strawberries for decorating the mousse.
- Put it in a refractory and take it to the fridge for about two hours.
- Decorate with strawberries
