- Strawberry Malvalerio Powder or Tang Juice20 g
- Maizena Biscuit100 g
- Butter or margarine50 g
- Glitter Jelly200 g
- Red dye30 ml
- Strawberry Box1 unit(s)
- Make a farofa with the biscuit and butter, strong a false bottom shape and take it to the oven for about 20 min at 160 degrees. Let cool and line the side with acetate. Reserve.
- After leaving the whipped cream for at least 8 hours in the fridge, beat until it reaches the point and add the strawberry powder and condensed milk, then beat a little more and that's it.
- Spread the mousse on top of the dough when it is cold and then the glitter jelly with coloring to make it very red putting it on top of the mousse and finish with the strawberries in the way you prefer. Tip: if you don't have the glitter jelly, you can use the strawberry gelatin, you just have to put it in the fridge until the gelatin sets and then put the strawberries on top.
