- Strawberry Jelly1 unit(s)
- Unflavored gelatin1 unit(s)
- Strawberries2 cup
- Lemon juice2 tablespoon
- Warm water3 tablespoon
- Warm to cold water250 ml
- Hydrate the unflavored gelatin with the 3 tablespoons of water. Reserve
- In the blender, beat: 1 cup of strawberry, the condensed milk, the cream, the lemon juice, and the unflavored gelatin already hydrated, for about 3 minutes.
- Put it in a glass refractory of about 35 to 40 cm in diameter and take it to freeze.
- While it freezes, we will prepare the strawberry gelatin in 250 ml of warm water, dilute the gelatin well. Reserve.
- When the mousse is firm, garnish with the remaining strawberries, cover with the strawberry gelatin and take it to the fridge to harden. And just serve this refreshing delight.
